1. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes your IP address, country of original and ISP (Internet Service Provider). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page and never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

2. We have an order form for the end user to purchase products and services from this website. We require information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and possibly financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is only used for billing purposes and to contact a customer regarding their order.

Remedies are sometimes sent direct from the supplier - eg, homeopathic pharmacy - to the customer. In this case, the supplier will be given only the name and the shipping address and no other information about the customer.

When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to PayPal's secure server.

3. We publish an e-newsletter. This list is only used to notify visitors about updates to our web site-- we never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses.

4. Your homeopath acts within her boundaries of legal and ethical responsibilities and competencies. Patient anonymity will be maintained at all times.
