I believe you already have within you everything you need to be well. The real foundation of my work is that during our consultations I will be very sensitive to the level at which you are stuck or blocked, be that physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual. As human beings we function at many levels which interact with each other and affect your well-being adversely when they are out of harmony. My skill lies in gently and compassionately guiding you and supporting you in releasing that which no longer serves you.

I believe in working with you long-term, using natural and complementary medicines, to get you as far along the road towards your optimum healing on every level as you are able and willing to go.

I also frequently prescribe flower essences and, with patients in my clinic, I use Emotional Freedom Technique to deal with phobias, trauma and addictions quickly and effectively.

I am highly intuitive and this enhances my work long-distance via email and telephone consultations. I have clients in the US, Canada and Europe as well as the UK.

That said, the real foundation of my work is that, as human beings, we function on many levels: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. These levels constantly interact with each other. When you consult with me, I will be listening for and intuiting at which level you are not functioning, or where you are stuck and blocked.

Homeopathy has been described in many ways but for me, the key to it is the release of whatever has been suppressed. If you suppress eczema with steroid creams, it very often re-emerges as asthma. This is very common in children.

If you suppress emotions because they seem unacceptable, they can turn into any number of physical symptoms: a stomach ulcer, elevated blood pressure, insomnia, IBS - these are all recognised stress-related conditions.

If you constantly do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always had. Repetitive thoughts and conditioned behaviour lead to patterns in life and in health.

You can get drugs for these things, even surgery. But will these do any good in the long term, if you continue to lead the life that led you down the path of dis-ease in the first place?

Often, 'feeling like a new person' or 'feeling like your old self' requires a shift in attitude towards yourself.

This is why we often hear that people 'catch a cold' after taking a homeopathic remedy. What is actually happening is that the body has taken the opportunity to start clearing out the toxic causes of their illness.

A cold also enforces a period of rest and taking care of yourself, to create the best conditions for the deeper healing that is taking place.

The four levels of our beings are so inter-connected that stress in one area will impact on the other three. Habits and patterns of thoughts and feelings actually affect the cells of our bodies, ultimately distorting them and crystallising them into expressing our dis-ease for us. Illness is very often a red flag being waved by your body to ask you to resolve its underlying cause.

I often encounter people who have never been well since a difficult event in their lives - a bereavement, a divorce, an accident, a shock of some kind - and they are amazed to learn and experience that homeopathic remedies can go back in time and heal any emotions that were not fully expressed at the time.

The real magic of homeopathy is that it works on all four levels and when you work with me you will be treated on all four levels.
